Founded by Christian and Danilo, two first-generation Italian migrants with over 35 years of combined hospitality experience, Borgo is a celebration of our heritage. Hailing from the coastal town of Borgo Marina, Pescara, Abruzzo, Christian brings a love for fresh seafood and crisp, lively flavors, while Danilo, from Borgo San Lorenzo, Alba, Piemonte, is deeply rooted in the rich, farm-driven cuisine of northern Italy. Together, we blend our backgrounds to create a no-fuss, delicious, and immersive dining experience.
